Castañer accepts returns of delivered items within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, as long as the product is in perfect condition and has not been used.
If the product was not purchased directly from the Castañer website, it is necessary to go or contact the store where you bought it.
To request the return of a product, you must access the Castañer return portal: https://returns.reveni.io/castaner
You will need to enter the order number and the email used to make the purchase, and follow the steps indicated on the platform.
There are four possible options to make a product return:
1. FROM CONSIGNEE´S ADDRESS
- Pack the products using the original box or similar.
- Once you select this return method in the portal, you will receive an email with the return label.
- Stick the label to the box.
- Give the package to the carrier (Correos Express) on the requested day for pickup.
2. POST OFFICE
- Pack the products using the original box or similar.
- Once you select this return method in the portal, you will receive a document by email with the code to manage the return in a post office.
- Approach any post office and indicate you want to make a return with Correos Express. Provide the return document code.
3. INPOST POINT
- Pack the products using the original box or similar.
- Once you select this return method in the portal, you will receive an email with the return label.
- Stick the label to the box.

4. CASTAÑER SHOPS

In case you choose the shop return option, you need to take back the models you wish to return together with the order confirmation, either printed or on your cell phone.
It is necessary to insert the completed return form in the box as we cannot accept returns without documentation.
Once we receive the returned article, we will proceed to its validation and reimbursement within 7 working days. The deadline for the economic refund to be effective will depend on the destination bank.
