The estimated delivery time from the departure of our logistic warehouse is:
- Spain: 1 to 2 working days
- UE countries: 2 to 4 working days
- United States of America and the United Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days
Deliveries will be made throughout the day, without time preference. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. They will be made on the next business day.
Castañer may extend delivery times in periods of sales and high season or when an irregularity is detected in the order. The delivery time will never exceed 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
