Castañer accepts returns of delivered items within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, as long as the product is in perfect condition and has not been used.
Returns are free of charge using the methods provided by Castañer, from the country where you placed the order.

IMPORTANT
It is a mandatory requirement to insert the delivery note received inside the packaging duly completed inside the return box to proceed with the return. Castañer reserves the right not to accept returns without documentation.
To make a change of article, it will be necessary to return the item to change and then, once received the relevant economic refund, the customer may place a new order. The amount to be paid will be the current rate of the day of the new order.
The prices of the articles may vary in periods of sales or promotions. Exchanges will be subject to the availability of inventory at the time of the new purchase.
Once Castañer receives the item to be returned, we will proceed to its validation and, where appropriate, to the relevant refund within 7 working days. The economic amount will be transferred on the same method of payment with which the purchase was made. The time period for the economic refund to become effective will depend on the destination bank, we recommend that you contact the corresponding bank for more information.
