You can cancel your order as long as it is not in preparation or has left our warehouse. Please contact us indicating that you wish to cancel your order and attach the necessary information (order number, email and recipient's name). If the cancellation can be made, you will be refunded the full amount paid.
To cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it and effectuate a return.
